I have recently completed four 1-1 sessions with my very reactive cross Lurcher/ Newfoundland (very large dog!) the advice and training tips Sarah gave us has been absolutely brilliant! I now have a well behaved boy that I can confidently walk without worrying about every dog that we pass. He is calm and walks nicely at my side and his recall is much better. What can I say about Sarah except she is phenomenal? With some very honest, matter of fact advice, humour and practical tips she has helped me bring my two crazy Romanian rescues under some control. Sarah and Michelle are lovely and are also fabulous at what they do! From attending a reactive dog seminar to having 1-2-1 behaviourist support with our rescue dog... DogSkool are fabulous. Right from the start Sarah very much appreciated me and my husband have a ground / baseline knowledge from our experience volunteering at a rescue.... unlike other behaviourists we enquired with, Sarah doesn't patronise us with the basics and assume our knowledge... but takes the time to find out what we know first and helps reaffirm and builds up our confidence and knowledge in a practical way. Our difficulty was we knew the theory but needed assistance putting things into practice. It was nice for this to be recognised and helped our confidence massively. We have seen great progress with our dog since having Sarah on board. We are provided with all we need to feel empowered to confidently handle our dog's challenges, from clear instructions during a 1-2-1 behaviourist session to follow on materials, suggested resources and toys/leads etc that are also emailed over. Sarah is always on hand to answer any questions over email... Sarah clearly loves what she does. Her passion and knowledge shines through as she goes above and beyond. DogSkool delivers exactly what it says it will and Sarah's knowledge and experience is really clear - she is brilliant with dogs and people alike! Amazing help and advice with a new rescue dog on a 1-1 training. Followed up with the 8 week course on Fun Wednesdays for dog socialisation and interaction. Can highly recommend DogSkool
