I don't believe that dogs lie awake at night, plotting how to get even with their owners or spend hours working out how to overthrow the human kingdom!
Dogs simply don't know "they have done wrong" – they do what they have been trained to do or not, as the case may be!
It's up to us as owners, to do the best for our dogs and to show them what is required. And that is what I hope to do for you.
Home consultation package - £50 + travel
A behaviour consultation takes place in your own home, lasting one and a
half to two hours. Sarah will assess your dog and take a detailed history.
Behaviour consultations recommended for issues such as:
- Aggression (other dogs and people)
- hyperactivity
- barking
- jumping up
- nipping
- toilet training problems
- anxiety when left alone
- fears and phobias (fireworks, traffic, crowds, for example)
- pulling on the lead
A behaviour modification programme will be put in place that Sarah can practice with you at the time, where appropriate. It is important that you carry out this programme consistently. Occasional practice will not help your dog to change his/her behaviour. A written report will follow the session and 30 days ongoing email or telephone support is included.
Email Consultation package - £38
This is ideal if you do not have the time for a home consultation and/or
you want to keep the costs down. A detailed questionnaire will be
emailed to you and then you will receive a full report and behaviour
programme to follow. Includes full email support for 30 days.
Telephone Consultation - £20
A questionnaire will be emailed to you and then a pre-arranged telephone
consultation will take place for up to 30 minutes. Pre-payment is
required. Any follow up calls will cost £12.
New Puppy/Dog Session - £55 + travel
A 2 hour appointment in your home to make sure you get started in the
right way! Covers issues such as socialisation, housetraining, dealing
with nipping/biting, feeding, ensuring adequate mental/physical
stimulation, crate training etc and includes some basic obedience training.
Session is tailored for older, rescue dogs too. Free clickers and food
samples too!! You will also receive a written report and telephone/email
for 30 days is included. Available from any age.
"Dog meets Baby" Session
Lots of great ideas to ensure a happy transition when your new baby/child
arrives. Home consultation,with CD programme included at £59 + travel,
or an email package including CD desensitisation programme at £49, for
parents expecting a new arrival! A written report and 30 days
telephone/email support is included.
Fear of Fireworks Consultation
A specific consultation to deal with those dogs who are afraid of fireworks.
Can be either a home consultation with CD programme included at £59 +
travel, or an email package including CD programme, at £49.
Home Dog Training
Tailor made courses to improve your dog’s obedience. Single sessions or
full courses can be booked. Travel will also be charged.

Puppy/Beginners Obedience Classes - £50
8 week courses held weekly on Wednesday evenings in Alsager. Ideal for
puppies and beginner dogs.
"Dog Meets Dog" short courses - £50
Intensive courses for dog who have issues with other dogs. Very small
groups held weekly in Alsager, over 3 weeks.
DogClub - 8 week membership £45
A hourly session every week in Alsager for dogs who have already
completed a beginners course and wish to continue having fun with their
dogs! Includes obedience, mini-agility, Flyball and fun and games for
your dog.
Fun Dog Agility Club - 8 week membership £45
Dog agility for all breeds and all capabilities! Held on Sunday mornings
near Alsager.
